Two-day exhibition for major purchasers and minority suppliers to meet and establish valuable business contacts for contracts, networking opportunities, and a variety of motivational, educational and entertaining events.

Annual Minority Business Development Conference (Knoxville, Tennessee)
Two-day exhibition designed to create partnerships, strengthen and diversify business networks, and provide access to successful business and procurement opportunities for corporations, government agencies and minority businesses.

Annual Impact Awards Gala
Designed to honor members for outstanding achievement in minority business development.

Mentor-Protégé Program
Helps minority business members maximize business relationships with large organizations while providing corporate member mentors as business advisors.

Education Foundation
Provides annual scholarships to at-risk high school seniors and financial assistance awards to minority business members who want to strengthen their skills in business management and operations through continuing education. (meet previous Scholarship Recipient)

Adopt-A-School Program
Provides incentives, encouragement and support for at-risk high school seniors by providing information on career opportunities, educational programs, and business mentors on the basis of need to qualified applicants. A network of Education and Employment Alliance Partners provide value-added matching opportunities.

General Membership Meetings
Provides buyers and minority sellers opportunities to meet on a monthly basis to discuss mutual business opportunities and educational training for members

Certification of Bona Fide Minority Business Enterprises
Establishes credibility through a comprehensive screening system for minority business ownership, management and business control.

Board of Directors Meetings
Our policy making Board of Directors meet 5 times yearly to discuss goals and objectives of and provide leadership to the TMSDC.

Executive Committee Meetings
The six officers of the Board meet bi-monthly to address general policy makers affecting the TMSDC.
